My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms had a clean and comfortable Premier Inn style feel with purple bedding, although some maintenance issues were present. The service from the very friendly staff was wonderful and helpful. The location, while close to the city center, might not suit everyone's preferences, and the dining experience was a big disappointment. However, the facilities met basic needs and were satisfactory.
